There are many excuses why people do not cook at home as well as dining at home. Popular ones will be like "No time", "Don't know how to cook" or just "Lazy". Well, I'm lazy too. Haha. Anyway, I am just like every other person that needs to work and come back home to cook. Sure, its not easy but its not that difficult either. Just do some prior planning on your groceries and dinner menu and you can cook a complete meal in no time.
In this blog, I will try to post the meals I have prepared as well as the recipes. So, for anyone who is interested, just look it up as a reference. As for me, I'll be doing the difficult part of creating new recipes as I go along. So you will have the easy job to copy the recipes. As mentioned earlier, I am working too, so the meals here are rather simple and easy to prepare. So no more complaining and start making complete and healthy meals for your partner or family. All you need is just a little effort and prior planning and preparation.

1. Plan what do you want to prepare for the whole week
2. Do your groceries in the weekend
3. Food preparation takes the longest time. If possible clean your vegetables and cut them up the night before
4. Start cooking
